Meet Michael and Lisa.
We founded Forever Aesthetic in 2016, early in our careers. Michael worked in civil engineering, and Lisa was a union representative for healthcare workers. We left secure jobs to build a business around fitness and helping people one on one.
We started by knocking on doors and handing out flyers, then rented space in gyms to train our clients before opening a studio of our own. Today, every program follows the training approach and standards we've built as founders.

Something else on your mind? Call or text 647-293-7553.
How do I improve my shuttle run for a police fitness test?
Work on three things: pacing each 20 metre length, turning efficiently at the line, and the endurance to keep going as the beeps get faster. We coach all three on our turf lanes, and standalone shuttle run coaching is available.
What is on the Ontario PREP test?
PREP has two parts: a pursuit and restraint circuit and a 20 metre shuttle run. Requirements depend on the police service and your recruitment stage, and PREP is required at Ontario Police College.
Do I need a test date or an application before I start?
No. Starting before you apply gives you time to build your fitness and test skills. If you've already applied, we adapt your preparation to your stage and timeline.
How much does personal training cost at Forever Aesthetic?
Everyone starts with a 60 minute assessment: $90 for 1 on 1, $80 per person with a partner, or $60 per person for your group of three. Coaching starts from $73 per session for 1 on 1, $64 per person for 1 on 2 and $50 per person for 1 on 3. The rate depends on the package size. All prices are plus HST, and payment plans are available.
What does the 60 minute assessment include?
We review your goals, training history and timeline, then assess strength, conditioning, posture, flexibility and body composition (weight, body fat and BMI). Law enforcement applicants also do a shuttle run if their test includes one. We finish by reviewing your results together and recommending your training frequency, coaching format and package.
Is personal training only for people who are already fit?
No. We work with beginners and with people who already lift, run or play sports. Your assessment sets the starting point, and every private package includes a custom meal plan and app access for homework between sessions.
Are you affiliated with a police service?
No. Forever Aesthetic is an independent fitness training company. We have hosted recruiter events at our studio, but no police service is affiliated with us or endorses our programs. Official tests and hiring decisions are handled by the recruiting organization.
Can I train with you if I don't live near Mississauga?
Yes. Custom online coaching runs through our training app, with your coach checking in by email every two weeks, from $300 to $380 a month plus HST. There is also a self-guided 12-Week Independent Program for $220 plus HST.
Can I train with a friend or partner?
Yes. Bring your own partner for 1 on 2 training, or your own group of three for 1 on 3 private sessions. These are private sessions, not open classes.
Tell us your goal and timeline.
We'll reply with times for your assessment. Not sure what you need yet? That's fine.
- We reply with availability and confirm your assessment.
- You do your 60 minute assessment and we review the results together.
- You choose a package and start coaching.
