What's in the studio
We built the studio to be one of the nicest training spaces in the GTA for our clients, with top of the line commercial equipment for test prep, strength and conditioning.

- Commercial dumbbells up to 100 lb
- Barbells, a trap bar, rubber and bumper plates
- A 14 foot rig with monkey bars and lifting stations
- A 14 foot flying pull-up bar
- A functional cable trainer with a wide range of attachments
- Leg extension, hamstring curl, total hip and tibialis raise machines

Conditioning and test prep

- A sled with pulling, rope and pole attachments
- An adjustable wall, 4 to 8 feet, set to the heights used in police fitness tests

What equipment does the studio have?
More than 3,200 square feet with stadium turf imported from Georgia, a 14 foot rig, commercial dumbbells up to 100 lb, a sled, a functional cable trainer, an adjustable wall from 4 to 8 feet set to police fitness test heights, boxing bags, mobility tools and body fat readers. There's also a change room, washrooms and a filtered water cooler.
I'm outside the GTA. Can I still train with you?
Yes, through custom online coaching or the 12-Week Independent Program in our training app.
