Cancelling or rescheduling a session
You can cancel or reschedule any appointment at least 48 hours in advance.
A session cancelled less than 48 hours in advance is forfeited.
Session expiry
All purchased training sessions have an expiry date. Sessions left after the expiry date are forfeited.
