Before you purchase

You need access to a commercial gym. Some previous fitness and exercise knowledge is recommended. You follow the program independently; individualized coaching, check-ins and personalized adjustments are not included. Technical support covers app access and login issues, not training advice.

Access and scope

This program is delivered through the Forever Aesthetic training app. After purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to Program Setup. Complete the form to request your start date. We’ll confirm your date and email your training-app login instructions.

Start-date deadline

The program must begin within 30 calendar days of purchase. Submit the Program Setup form early enough to allow at least 48 hours for manual account setup. If the form is not submitted, Forever Aesthetic may create the account using the email supplied at checkout and begin the 12-week access period 30 days after purchase. Failure to log in does not pause or extend the access period.

Your preferred start date must be at least 48 hours after submitting the Program Setup form, fall within 30 calendar days of purchase, and be confirmed by Forever Aesthetic.

Refunds and cancellations

All sales of this digital, app-delivered program are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, except where required by law. If we cannot provide the purchased access or an incorrect or duplicate charge occurs, contact us so we can correct it.
