Refund Policy
Services: No refunds or exchanges. In certain circumstances Forever Aesthetic Company has the discretion to apply remaining credit towards another service or transfer credit to family or friend.
Products: No refunds. Exchange within 14 days unworn with receipt. Customer responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchange. Please email foreveraestheticco@gmail.com for shipping details.
Cancellation Policy:
Appointment Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule any appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Cancel: Session will be forfeited if appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. You can reschedule your session if you provide a doctor's note indicating you are too ill to train without forfeiting your session.
**If you do not show up to a consultation a $15 fee will be charged for the missed appointment.
Please note: It is safe to train with a cold.
Expiration Policy:
All purchased training appointments/sessions have an expiration. Any sessions that remain after the expiration date will be forfeited. If you are physically unable to continue training, you must bring a doctor´s note.
