Custom Online Coaching

Follow personalized workouts in our training app, with meal plans and direct coaching support.

Training: A plan tailored to your fitness level and goals, including personalized adjustments.
Email check-ins: Every two weeks.
Ideal for: Clients who want coaching guidance and personalized support for their fitness or law-enforcement goals.

12-Week Independent Training Program

A structured law-enforcement fitness plan to follow on your own.

Access: 12 weeks of training app access, with the option to print individual assigned workouts through the app’s web version.
Features: Structured gym workouts, a running guide, nutrition guide and recovery routines.
Ideal for: Self-motivated law-enforcement applicants who are comfortable following a plan independently.

Commercial gym access is required. Individualized coaching, check-ins and personalized adjustments are not included. Forever Aesthetic is not affiliated with any police service.

Program requirements and access terms

Some fitness and exercise experience is recommended.

After purchase, complete Program Setup and request a start date at least 48 hours away. We confirm your start date before your 12 weeks begin. The program must begin within 30 calendar days of purchase.

If no setup form is submitted, Forever Aesthetic may begin access using your checkout email 30 days after purchase. Failure to log in does not pause or extend access.

Print individual assigned workouts before your 12-week access ends; there is no automatic full-program export. We provide fitness preparation, not official employment testing or guaranteed outcomes.
