"WORK WORK WORK!" When I started training that is a motto I naturally adopted. I train through my toughest workouts till the point where I have NOTHING left in the tank but the desire to SUCCEED!
As an ex pro athlete, Michael focuses on both physical and mental strength. He pushes his clients to step out of their comfort zone, perform exercises that the mind may perceive to be impossible and push limits and boundaries to get each client closer to their end goal. His training techniques include agility, functional training, circuit training, weight lifting, mobility and flexibility training. His end goal is to create an athlete out of those who were never athletic and to make the experienced athlete perform at a higher level.
Michael has been involved in sports, fitness and health for over 15 years. Michael was a Civil Engineer who quit his day job last year to open his company Forever Aesthetic Co. and become more involved in the fitness industry.
