Preparing for a fitness assessment? We help Ontario police applicants train for PREP, the shuttle run, and PIN when their service requires it. We also coach for the RCMP Police Fitness Assessment (PFA), CBSA Physical Abilities Test (PAT), Alberta police A-PREP, Ontario corrections FITCO, and Alberta corrections COPAT or an equivalent PARE. Candidates from other Canadian services can bring us their current test requirements.
