Tennis Elbow is epicondylitis on the lateral(outer part) of your elbow.
Golfers Elbow is epicondylitis on the medial(inner part) of your elbow.
Both symptoms can lead to weak grip strength, pain/numbness in fingers, sharp shooting pains in forearm.
