Stop that ELBOW PAIN in its Tracks, in the Comfort of your own Home

Everyday activities and repetitive movements can cause injury or strain. When muscle imbalances occur in your forearm, wrists, and hands you tend to find pain and discomfort. Overtime, muscle adhesions build up and you need to release and flush out the toxins from your muscles. 

Problems that arise in your elbow: Epicondylitis - a painful inflammation of tendons around an epicondyle.

Tennis Elbow is epicondylitis on the lateral(outer part) of your elbow.

Golfers Elbow is epicondylitis on the medial(inner part) of your elbow.

Both symptoms can lead to weak grip strength, pain/numbness in fingers, sharp shooting pains in forearm.

Being an athlete and a personal trainer who runs bootcamps, I myself ran into some muscle and joint issues and wanted to help people and prevent them from injuring them selves keeping them working on injury prevention.
